Do you ever get a nasty taste in mouth from sinuses?

Mostly in the morning but it really makes me sick. The nasty taste in the back of my throat or mouth. Does this mean I have a sinus infection?

I'd guess you might have a sinus infection. Take a look and see if there's gobs of the gunk. It might be green or yellow, but not necessarily.

Better go to a doctor. Sinus infections are hard to cure because there's little blood circulation there.

It could be oral thrush. Stop drinking milk. Eat more yogurt with probiotics in it. Stop gargling with mouthwash that has alcohol in it. Use Crest Pro-Health Multiprotection Alcohol free mouthwash. Do these things and see if it goes away. (Also try laying off the nasal inhalers for a bit. )
