Flovent vs Asmanex

I'm having a bear of a time with my asthma lately, and my doctor gave me Asmanex to try instead of my usual Flovent. I'm wondering if anyone has switched back and forth and noticed a difference between the two.

Thanks for the suggestion, but Dulera contains a long acting beta-agonist in addition to the corticosteroid, and I can't take it. I've actually tried the Asmanex since I posted the question, and it does seem to help more than the Flovent. Whether it's a coincidence or the change in medication I can't be sure, but I guess I'll stick with it for now.
