is this allergies?

Only when at work under my eyes / top of my cheeks feel tight and itchy I take an allergy pill everyday and sometimes the feeling won't be there but other time it will . Any advice ?

Sounds like possible irish, but not enough information. Also, not all allergy pills are equal, don't all work the same.

It can also be a sinus problem. The maxillary sinuses are under there. Is it just a skin itch?

Ultimately, this can only be answered by a real doctor, which the forum is not. But best wishes!
