Start a food diary, and slowly introduce foods one at a time (the foods that you have been told you have a problem with) This is the only real way of knowing for sure if the test was accurate, and that you do in fact have an issue with these foods. It is a slow process but necessary to do as eating foods that your body has a problem with can cause all sorts of other issues, like hives for example. Write down how you feel after eating these foods, watch out for any symptoms, like bowel movements, itchy eyes or skin, or acid reflux, that kind of thing. If your home test confirms these allergies you are going to have to cut them out of your diet otherwise you are setting yourself up for long-term problems, especially if you are Gluten Intolerant.
