I am quite allergic to sunflower seeds, but not the oil. The oil is purified and the protein, which triggers the reaction, is removed.
I tolerate sesame oil, but I don't know about
the seeds.
I can't eat processed coconut because the processing uses sulfites to retain the whiteness. Fresh coconut is ok for me.
