Shortness of breath, antibiotics helped but oxygen reduced

Hi guys


This is my second time posting here as I couldn't find any answer for my problem.

I've had shortness of breath for almost 3 years. I am not able to take a complete breath and never satisfied with the oxygen. My chest is sometimes painful and wheeze when I inhale( not exhale).
It came out of nowhere but I suspect it came after the chest infection I had 3 years ago. I also had twice trenbolone injection before that ( It is a type of steroids for loss weight and I know it was a stupid thing to do!!).

I had CT scan, spirometry, lots of blood tests, took singulair, acid reflux medication, xanax, ventolin, advair etc. none of them worked or showed anything.
Oxygen diffusion test came back reduced but the rest of tests are all normal.

I have seen 5 specialist and they cannot find the problem. last winter I developed chest infection and had 1 week Amoxicilin which helped to reduced my symptoms completely for 3 days then they came back again.

The thing is I am sure there is permanent inflammation in my lung ( because of the wheezing and test tightness) but don't know where it comes from and how to cure that?!!

Please help me if anyone had similar symptoms.
