Alternative allergy treatments

Hi everyone. I currently have chronic lyme disease and had to stop my allergy spray because of the side effects with lyme. I have pretty bad allergies (dust, dust mites, mold, almost all pollen....) I'm looking for some alternative allergy treatments. I can't take any prescription or over the counter allergy meds and allergy shots are also bad with lyme.

Does anyone have experience with alternative or natural allergy treatments? I've heard NAET and Bioset often work well for allergies. Has anyone used these methods or something similar? Thanks!

Have you tried a netti pot or saline nose spray? Also too, try to make your house allergen free as possible such as removing all carpet, wash bedding and curtains frequently, if you have pets, wipe them down before letting them in the house. Shower before bed to remove allergens from your hair and replace furnace frequently with hepa-filters.
