Rash in senior woman

Two years ago I got this red spot about as big as a pencil eraser on my leg, looked a little scaly. A year later got another and two pin point spots None of these spots have got larger or changed in any way. I did go to a surgeon by my Drs. request for a biopsy, he pressed on the spot and said it is okay just watch it. Now another year later I just saw 3 on my other leg, small, just red looking also some tiny red spots on my arm. These spots are rough feeling when I run my finger over them but not itchy. I do have dry skin also sensative skin but have changed nothing as far as soaps or anything that would touch my skin goes. I have chronic sinus allergies and for years got hives often but rarely get them now.

Any one have any ideas what this could be? I saw nothing similar on the net. Could this be aging skin as
I am 75.

Thanks Susie, I see my G/p tomorrow and she thought I had eczema but said it is hard to tell the between skin cancer and eczema, that is why she sent me to the surgeon, he pressed on the spots and said they blanche he said skin cancer won't blanche.

I wish we had a board for seniors because we have problems most of the younger folks don't.
