Sorry for sort of a naive question, but in spite of having a complicated medical history, I've never had issues with allergies before. None of my specialists are too concerned by my symptoms, but over the last two months, I've been experiencing:
- Nasal congestion (no mucus)
- Lump/tightness in throat
- Dry eyes
A few times this has caused me to visit urgent care, when I was feeling especially lightheaded or short of breath, but my labs and vitals (including oxygen) are always fine. I had chalked some of these symptoms up to anxiety until I woke up a few days ago with vertigo and discovered I had an ear infection.
I guess what I'm trying to gather here is how common these symptoms are, and what might be triggering them. I don't have a history of asthma, but I'm also not educated on the difference (in terms of sensation/cause). I wasn't sure if what I'm feeling indicates something like pollen, or if food is any kind of possibility.
Thanks
