eyes have been terrible

besides dry eyes, there was grinding down of old glue in the apt. bldg where I live. My eyes kept flickering and now they feel sore.

Went to the hallway and the new carpeting is irritating. Am keeping my windows open though it is quite cold here.

Try eating anti allergy pill.

It might help with so much going on .

Also try to use eye gel version,that is meant for night time.

I have not tried as yet but seriously need to buy it.

For me drops is ok but my dryness is extreme as have eczema and lupus.

Thank you Cilly. I use artificial tears and should use twice a day. Never heard of a gel to use on eyes. Got to be careful because I am allergic to drugs.

The GenTeal Eye Lubricant is a Gel that you use at night. It contains no medications or preservatives, just a lubricating gel.

I had trouble with the lubricating gel but sleep with an eye mask to keep eyes from drying out at night. Maybe both can work for you.

Yes, I do sleep with a covering for my eyes, very sensitive to light in the morning. They used an industrial sander to grind out the old glue for the new carpeting in the hallway. Eyes are a bit better now though the new carpeting has fumes and makes me feel a bit nauseous. I can not open the hall window as it is very cold here and do not want to upset other people on the floor.
