I recently had a bad reaction to sulfite from eating a flour tortilla (homemade burrito which had no other sulfited ingredients). I had checked the ingredients on the package because it's often in tortillas, but it wasn't listed. I came close to going to the ER for pretty bad tachycardia. (I've even had a heart attack from sulfite, so I keep doctor-prescribed medicine just for these events.)
A couple of days later I looked up the product on the company website after finding sulfite listed for this product on another website. Sulfite was listed in the ingredients!
I suspect there could be sulfite in the company's other flour tortillas, although it's not listed on the website. A lot of other ingredients are listed on the website that aren't listed on the product packages.
