Has anyone experienced this? For probably the last 10 years I've had a distinct odor in my right nostril that becomes more apparent after heavy physical activity. I do not know if other people can detect it.
And within the last 5 years, I've started to notice that sneezing will occasionally produce a more pungent version of the odor. If I sneeze into my hands, for example, the odor can be detected on my hands.
I've gone to a few ENTs who did CT scans and borescope inspections and said everything looked fine.
Not currently taking any allergy meds, but in the past I've used zyrtec, flonase, and the rest. I do sinus rinses often and am 99% of the time in clean indoor environments with filtered air. I do not believe this is caused by an external source.
