You may be having an allergic reaction to any or all of those ingredients. If you have used any of them successfully in the past then try eliminating one at a time that you haven't used to see if you clear up.
You may also be having some kind of detoxification effect from what sounds like limited fasting to me. I may have misunderstood but it sounds like you only eat solid food once a day.
I don't know how acidic any of this is but I got a rash around my waist when I used an anti-aging supplement a few years ago and that was the problem. You may want to try eating chicken and looking online or wherever you do your nutritional research for less acidic foods while you are on this regimen.
Where did you get this regimen? Perhaps whoever recommended it could give you some more info. Also check the ingredient labels on all the supplements, there could be something in them that you are allergic to. I would recommend getting supplements from a real whole foods market or health food store rather than from a national chain as, IMO, the chain supplements have too many fillers and other ingredients that people can be sensitive to. Also, at some health food stores there is a computer where you can look up supplements you're taking and cross reference them with any pharmaceutical drugs you're taking to see whether or not there's a chance of some kind of negative interaction.
