Hey there,
im really sorry to hear about your asthma being so out of controll, i remember when i was younger and i played soccer with asthma, and baseball, when all the other kids had to run laps, my coach let me sit it out, because he knew it could trigger an attack.
That was one of the most important things to me, was the support and patience of my team. And since stress is one of the biggest triggers for asthma- for mine anyways, you would probably have less attacks, less frequently if you felt secure.
I take an inhailor <flo vent> i think its called, purple circular thingy,
anyways, i take it 2 times a day, and it has helped me more than any other med i tryed.
I assume that when you say you have to take your inhailor 3-4 times on a game, you mean ventolin, and i would definutly reccomend not useing that much, i dont think long term thats very safe, and you must get crazy bad shakes from it right??
Id go talk this out with your asthma specialist, if you have one, or your doctor, and get some advise, because you are definutly taking wayyyy to much ventolin.
hope i helped!
