Hi Josephine, welcome to Healingwell
I don't have asthma but I have a few ideas as to why you might be cold and tired..........well it's more of a theory actually, I haven't done any research on it.
When you have an asthma attack, you are not getting enough oxygen (obviously) so neither is your blood. You blood oxygen level helps regulate your body heat and helps "oxygenate" the muscles and joints. I think I recall seeing on one of those shows about
mountain climbers that because of the higher altitudes, they have a higher risk of muscle cramps because the oxygen level is so thin. Do you notice that when your athma lessens you warm up?
