ello, I was diagnosed with asthma in 2003. It was in the winter months and I was having severe coughing. I coughed up a huge amount of mucous. And this went on for months at a time. And I went to see my primary doctor. He listened to my symptoms through the months and in the past. I did have alot of chest colds as a kid. Had alot of sinus trouble as a kid. And had tightness in the chest also. The doctors then said nothing was wrong.
Does anybody think these repeated pneumonia infections could of been what cut the cake for me to have asthma? my doctor listened to my chest when I went to see him when all this began. When he was listening to my lungs he said right away you have ASTHMA.. Why was this not diagnosed when I was a child? any reasons people can think of? I know most people on here are not doctors. Thankyou all! Best wishes all!!!
