non-itchy rash

Yesteday I developed a rash of tiny red spots on my stomach, back and chest. When you run your fingers over it you can't really feel a difference in texture. It does not itch and seemed to get a bit worse after taking a hot shower. Can someone give me some insight?

I had a rash similiar not too long ago. It lasted for about 5 days and disappeared literally overnight. Have you changed anything in your diet or personal hygiene? A new lotion or clothes detergent? When I had mine, it freaked me out more then anything but by the time I went to the doctors it was already gone. If it continues then you should see a dermatologist to get to the bottom of it.
