Just a quick question for all you that have been dealing with sinuses issues longer than I have been. How often can one use the nasel saline spray,is there a max per day? Are there rebound effects from that too?
Thanks

There should be directions on the back of the bottle to let you know how often to use it. I have only used them sporadically because I have a sort of phobia about
anything liquid in my nose. Yeah, I'm weird! lol But I used it on my children a lot of times when they were little to help relieve congestion in their noses from colds and they never seemed to have a rebound affect. Saline nasal sprays are the gentlest there is on the market for sinus issues. You can also look into a Netti Pot to help relieve sinus pain and pressure.

I use a saline spray twice a day following the astelin, it helps me. It's just saline water. I've tried the nasal washes and they hurt me and I had sinus bleeding from the washes, which is due to my very small nasal passages. So for me the saline nasal spray is terrific............
