I really don't like the heat of summer, but this year along with my sleep apnea, I think my anxiety is being affected by it getting dark so early.

I know what you mean retroman! The darkness does something to me! And here where i live in the winter season it gets dark at around 6PM and i think the darkness contributes to my depression and P/A.I dont care for summer either but at least it want be getting dark until about 9PM.I'm looking forward to that! This has been a depressing winter for me.I'm ready for some sunshine and some birds chirping! (smile) Maybe that will lift my spirits some!

Thanks Racer! I can't wait for spring up here in the snowy Northeast. We've gotten record snow fall accumulations. We're well over 100" and if we get anymore storms we will beat the all time record that was set back in the 1800's! According to the weather forecast, we're gonna get hit with another storm tomorrow night. So, I can't wait for spring! I just ordered seeds for my garden, but it'll be a while for all of the snow to melt, since in some places it reaches the roof! Plus, it makes it really hard to see around snowbanks when your driving, since they are talker than most of the cars! I just hope that nothing is coming and punch the gas! :)
