Hey crying, it certainly does with me. When I'm having major anxiety I can't eat at all and I get terrible cramps. I was diagnosed with IBS a few years ago which means I never know what's going to happen! (I won't go into detail)
I've found it useful to drink peppermint tea and to avoid fatty foods when I'm anxious...also really acidic foods like tomato can be, well, a bit of a disaster...
If you're really worried the go and see your doctor...I think your pretty safe from stomach cancer at 25 (but we panickers love to imagine the worst)..I hope this helps you a little xx
