Tweek, I know exactly what you mean about
getting over one symptom and another comes along..good grief - so annoying - makes for variety though lol..but the best part is that it will All go away in time - phew (thank goodness
)
My best idea for you is 'don't fight the symptoms' - difficult I know as it can be soo scarey at times - try floating though them, takes lots of practice - 'distraction' works best for me and the attitude of 'oh well..sigh...it's just the panic thing nothing to be alarmed about - I already know what it is..'
