...With Peter's permission I have posted two threads that I think are very important to be able to get to without having to search for them.  The threads are the "CBT Therapy - What is it" and the "Relaxation Techniques".  When you click on the links, they will open up into a new window and you can go from there.  If there are any problems, please let me know and I will work with Peter to get it fixed.  Hope this works well for everyone.   Oops - forgot to say they are in the Anxiety-Panic Resources section at the top, just realized that...it's the brain fog.  That's my story and I'm sticking with it -LOL.
