Diane,
I found your patience, all you have to do is come here to get it. I truly do understand your frustration as back a few years ago I had foot surgery and had to wear a surgical shoe for 4-6 weeks...........I was to keep it elevated. Well fine but I had to go to work and it was winter time. Of course getting around was a pain in the patoot and keeping it elevated when working on puter and desk work was a challenge. So the foot hurt and the swelling increased from not keeping it up. Back to the Dr.s and he put me in a Cam Walker.........still have it, never know when I may need one LOL.
I would have to change into the Cam Walker when I got to work as I could not drive with it on. I got a Handicap Permit to park by front door. Yup, they sure did, the crew plowed in my car one day and I had snow as high as the bottom of my car doors.........Now what. Well I lost my patience and was so frustrated. I had to call Plant Op and someone had to come and shovel out my car.
I understand how you feel and also how handicapped people feel. I went home and cried...............I could only wear tennis shoes for almost a year as every other shoe hurt my foot.
Just for you:
A Prayer for Patience
Dear God, please give me patience and I need it RIGHT NOW !
Hugs to you
