Good Morning Kyl,
No head butting allowed .
I am sorry your feeling down again after having a few good days.
IMHO, I think you have a form of anxiety known as Health Anxiety but remember I am not a professional.
People with Health Anxiety fear that bodily symptoms may indicate a serious illness. Constant self-examination , and a preoccupation with one's body is one of the main sx of Health Anxiety. Many individuals with Health Anxiety express doubt and disbelief in the doctors' diagnosis and report that doctors’ reassurance about an absence of a serious medical condition is unconvincing, or un-lasting. Many people with Health Anxiety require constant reassurance, either from doctors, family, or friends, and the disorder can become a disabling torment for the individual with Health Anxiety.
The treatment for this is often CBT Therapy.
Cognitive-behavioral therapy is based on the idea that our thoughts
cause our feelings and behaviors, not external things, like people, situations, and events. The benefit of this fact is that we can change the way we think to feel / act better even if the situation does not change.
There is an online free CBT program that you can do from home and many of the members have used it with success. Here is the link:

Hope this helps you in some small way.
