Because our A/P often makes us dwell on all that is wrong with us, i want us to focus on what is GREAT about us- so make a list of your top 3 positive personality traits. leave behind the yukiness of AP and focus on what your strengths are. i will start:

1. im determined

2. im patient and practical

3. im empathetic

 

Now how bout you? smilewinkgrin

(p.s that feels so much better than writing "im anxious, stressed, easily agitated, moody" etc)

I am A loving caring and very giving Mother
I do all I can to make Cait's life happy...........

I am and always have been a nurturer.........Thats why I became a Nurse.......Not due to monies
BUT because of the ppl that need Caring and giving as well as loving Nurses
They try to teach you not to get close but they lost that lesson on me lol........

I was a good daughter looking after both parents til their deaths.......
I was a good Mom to Courtney who I lost at age 6 to death as well

I do not dwell on the bad n ugly
I go forth and make the happy happen if I possibly can and most times I can .......

I am a good Big sis ....s.i.s. ........Sis and cappy...........

I feel I give my all to the forums I am involved with .........and I do care about all here......

anxiety can make many of us numb but determination and knowing that theres a light at the end of the tunnel can sooth us all. Stick with HW and I know you will agree!

Hi all

Huggins welcome to HW we are glad you have found this forum there are lots of people here who know what yo are going through and can offer support and advice. Keep posting, maybe post in the get to know you thread if you like and tell us a bit about you. I find it does help me to come on here and vent how i am feeling.

Ok ... .hard to do for me but here I go:

I am courageous and strong
I am funny and make people laugh
I am caring and giving.

this is hard for me... I keep wanting to add some of my not so good qualities( guess 45 years of feeling unworthy takes a toll).

I am sincere

I don't ignore people

I try to make sure everybody is happy around me (at least they know I care:)

And I definitely care about each of my HW family members :)
