Seriously, searching for symptoms on here is not the way to do it, and it makes you suffer even more.
Find a hobby that interests you takes your mind off things, such as Yoga, movies, music, walking, hanging out with friends, whatever
Don't self diagnose yourself.
Make an appointment to see your physician for the Health Anxiety disorder, not the fears but the actual Anxiety.
There are medications that can be used to help treat Health Anxiety (remember that cognitive & behavioral therapy should go along with this too).
Current research indicates that antidepressant medications when used in conjunction with psychological treatment may be quite helpful (along with cognitive-behavioral therapy)
Get professional help.
