hi ben,
i love music, too. (i'm a bit obsessive, actually, and have been all of my life)i absolutely agree that music is a great healer/soother and is my #1 choice when i need something to pick me up. i don't know..i just find that listening to music helps me connect with the me that exists totally seperately from my a/p issues-does that make sense?
i don't have an actual i-pod, i'm afraid, but i can list the 5 songs i've had on repeat on my boring old rca mp3 player for the past few days
1. black wave/bad vibrations-the arcade fire
2. arc of time (time code)-bright eyes
3. soul meets body-death cab for cutie
4. ceremony-new order
5. fuel-ani difranco
ok..can't narrow down to 5, so i'll do 10 lol
6. hands away-interpol
7. girlfriend in a coma-the smiths
8. i'm not crying-flight of the conchords
9. reckoner-radiohead
10. it's not up to you-bjork/sæglópur-sigur ros (tie)
