I am sorry that you are suffering so. I know that anxiety is not any fun at all. I suffer with it too and there are times you feel like you are going to just black out from all of it.
Have you tried any calming breathing techniques? Start by in through the nose, out through the mouth. It is called smelling the roses and blowing out the candles. When you breathe out, do so with pursed lips. It slows your breathing down.
When I feel like I am going to black out, I raise my arms up above my head. It gets the blood to flow back to your brain I think. That is how it feels anyway.
I am sure that when it gets a little later, others will post here. Ones that have had more experience with these things than I have. I usually moderate depression forum. I have suffered with anxiety though so I like to pop in here now and then.
Stay calm and relax. when you do the breathing, do it from ten to twenty times. I hope that this helped some.
