Angel,
Good Morning and I am sorry to read you are having increased anxiety and trying to pin point the trigger.....
I think perhaps you posted your trigger in your thread. You posted "It started wednesday when I got into a bad fight with a guy I was dating."
Try to shift your focus away from a microscopic monitoring for internal sensations. Members who have panics are understandably concerned about not having more panics. This frequently results in members constantly monitoring for any internal sensations. While doing so, there are often thoughts like "What if I have another panic?"
I live with anxiety daily and I know how afraid you can feel when your anxiety kicks into high gear and your afraid of what is going to happen to you but remember you have anxiety, it does not have you.
You are stronger then this disorder, practice staying in the moment and kick the "stinkin thinkin", and the what ifs to the curb. You do not need them.
I think the journaling would do you well. Do give it a try and know that we are here for you and we believe in you. ((((((((HUGS)))))))))))
My wish for you is peace.
Kitt
