Brazilgirl, don't worry about
this. There are plenty of people who are disturbed and it has absolutely NOTHING to do with anxiety/panic disorder. The reality is, people with panic disorder are actually some of the most stable, strong minded people in the world. If there were a fire, we would be the first ones to try and rescue people. Think about
that... it's true!
This person is NOT a person who merely suffers from panic and anxiety, if they really do at all. Whoever it is has much more serious issues to deal with, and any anxiety they may have is a small thing compared to the other mental issues they may have to deal with.
Brazilgirl, panic will not hurt you, make you crazy, or give you a heart attack. The bottom line is that it's simply our "worry bone" goes into overdrive (we overreact to stress), and all the physical things you feel, racing thoughts, pounding heart, dizziness, sweaty palms, tingly arms and legs, spaciness, etc. are simply results of a bunch of adrenaline quickly being released into our bodies. Scientists can cause the EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS IN ANYONE by giving them a shot of adrenaline-like medicines. So, even though what you experience FEELS wierd and strange, it is actually a quite normal reaction to your bodies chemistry.
You are fine, and you WILL get better, as we all will, if we keep sharing with one another. We can all do this together!
