All,
Many of us seem to be going through an especially rough time right now. I thought it might be helpful to share those things that we can still be grateful for or that give a little ray of light into the darkness right now. Trying to pick out something good or wholesome even at the wosrt times can sometimes be that life preserver we need to hang onto just a little longer.
I'm grateful for the support of my husband. He may not understand health anxiety, but he is here beside me every step of the way with his love and compassion. I know that I am very fortunate to have him in my life, expecially right now.
I'm also glad for ordinary life events like my nephews competing in sports that they enjoy and then immediately phoning to share their excitement about how they did.
Go ahead, all, what are your rays of light?
