I've taken seroquel for a little over a month, and never worried about
taking it because I sleep so well taking it. I've talked to people who have heard about
people doing strange things in their sleep-expecially while taking Ambien. I know people can go out and drive cars and do all kinds of things without realizing it. Never did I worry that I did anything in my sleep until now.
Last night I took seroquel, and also earlier had taken darvocet because my crohn's has been causing abdominal pain. I woke up in the night, and tried to get a popsicle, and went to the bathroom, took the roll of toilet paper off the holder, and was trying to bite the end as if it were a popsicle. I kept thinking that the paper wrapper was still on the popsicle. I finally gave up and went back to sleep. I woke up later and thought it was just a bizarre dream, but then looked at the nightstand and the roll of toilet paper was there, so it wasn't just a dream. I'm really freaked out, and now I'm super hesitant to take the seroquel again because I'm afraid what I might do in my sleep.
I don't know if the combination of medicine caused me to do this, or if it was just the seroquel.
Has anyone else had strange experiences while taking medicines? Is there anything I can do to make sure I don't do something strange again? I'm freaked out and now I'm wondering what else I've done and just don't remember.
