Hey Tara,
Good Evening. Blood clots usually form in the veins of the calves and the thighs.
I feel like you are having increased anxiety as you are worrying about your test and your body is stressing thus the different sx that are manifesting themselves.
May I suggest you try some deep breathing techniques to help you get through the anxiety and then get down to studying for you test?
Breathing exercises are a wonderful way to learn how to control anxiety, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Studies have shown that anxiety sufferers tend to breath shallowly and from their chest. Learning to breathe deeply and from the belly can bring great relief and control to anxious individuals.
I wish you peace and hope that you can kick the "stinkin thinkin" to the curb. You are going to do well on the test. Just stay in the moment and believe in yourself.
Gentle Hugs
Kitt
