Good Morning,
Here are your heart rates.
For resting heart rate:
- Newborn infants: 100 - 160 beats per minute
- Children 1 to 10 years: 70 - 120 beats per minute
- Children over 10 and adults (including seniors): 60 - 100 beats per minute
- Well-trained athletes: 40 - 60 beats per minute
There are several different types of Tachycardia with a range of heart rates or BPM (Beats per minute).
Hara, a heart rate of 109-114 BPM is a Sinus Tachycardia and is often linked to anxiety.
I hope this helps and please do feel free to ask any questions you may have.
I will be glad to try to answer them for you. Please remember I am not a physician.
Gentle Hugs
Kitt
