Yeh the excess phlegm feeling is normal in anxiety, I can also feel like you've swallowed a garden pea, you cant cough it up or swallow it. Its just a certain set of muscles that are contracting, I think they are very sensitive to adrenyline. If you're not breathing regularly you might be shallow breathing, put a heavy book on your stomach, lie down and breath from your tummy not your chest.
Don't worry about
the globus sensation, if you exessively worry its something more serious and you give yourself a panic attack it was just make the globus worse. You will be ok, this is a self limiting condition and goes when the anxiety passes. :)
