ugh - i keep getting chills off and on since last night.  i think i might have a pinched nerve in my shoulder too.  wonder if that could cause it.  i swear anything that happens, i think i'm having a heart attack!  i'm so sick of this panic!!!!!!!!!!

Yes what you are experiencing is classic anxiety. I usually get hot and cold.

I agree it sounds like anxiety to me also.  If you think your sick, please do  see your Doctor.

I get hot & cold flashes with each panic attack....I think I should be used to them by now but every time sets me into a frenzy!!

yep, hot and cold flushes- classic anxiety symptom. unpleasant, but most of us have been there, so we understand.

mine usually start with hot flashes and burning all over my bdy like vapor and then at times usually at the end i will get chills and trembling sometimes i get them first as warning its coming on then the hot will hit.

I also go through the hot & cold chills with my anxiety. . . It is scary, but if you work through some CBT and learn some relaxation techniques you will be okay :)

OMG! Me too it freaks me out! I always think I am having a heart attack. I am sooo frustrated. I am in chat room alot come look for me sometime...Goodluck with yours!
