I used to when I first started having anxiety and panic. I would get pretty dizzy feeling and I just wasnt used to the strange symptoms. I would get very nauseated and I didn't eat and I hated to think about
it. I never actually vomitted but I wouldn't have been surprised if I did. It easy to feel sick with these feelings, especially if you aren't used to it.
Please look at this link. It has all the numerous symptoms that can accompany anxiety and panic, and I read and it said nausea and vomitting are common symptoms. http://www.anxietycentre.com/anxiety-symptoms.shtml
However, it would be best for you to try your best to judge if you are sick and having anxiety or if it's anxiety alone. Either way, I say you definitely should visit your physician and tell him how you're feeling.
Much love and good luck

Yes everytime I get anxious I get pukey, and have diarrhea really bad. Since I starting taking Xanax that has seemed to really help. Especially at the first sign of the anxiety starting, I take me Xanax and stop the sickness right in its tracks. Look at the link Paige provided, it will tell you all the symptoms you may experience.

Yeah.
I never had anxiety problems until a few years ago when I got really sick. Part of being sick was a lot of throwing up. I had surgery and got better but it had taken them forever to diagnose the problem and I guess by then I was shell shocked and got anxiety. So since then, when my anxiety ratchets up it mimics my old illness. Not just the nausea but all of it to one degree or another. The only good thing is that I don't actually vomit anymore, thank God.
But I would think that some nausea would be a natural response to anxiety in more general terms, and also if you suffer from anxiety you're probably tuning into it more and making the problem worse. The mind is a powerful thing.

That is EXACTLY what I'm going through right now. I'm experiencing ongoing anxiety, and have lost my appetite (I don't feel "hungry" anymore).
I quit smoking about
a month ago, and have been experiencing anxiety ever since (which I sort of expected)...

My Xanax stops those symptoms right away. I only use it maybe 1-3 times a month.
