strange heartbeat

So here is the story I have meet with 5 different docs and they all say that my heart is fine.

But I have low blood pressure but not that bad 100/65

Sometimes I get this strange beat like the hearts stops for a little longer and than keeps on going :)
during those periods I feel a little dizzy

I am assuming that this is a panic attack and that nothing is wrong with me I am just super tuned to my heart and the dizzy feeling is just panic because I sometimes don't breath that much when I am listening to my heart.

I have been extra panicky lately dont know why but I am having trouble just relaxing and going to sleep the clock is 2 am here in Iceland and I am so tired yet cant relax to just be able to sleep.

So my question is do you get this ?

they are palpitations. i get them to and are from stress.

Not only do I get this, but my blood pressure usually runs a lot lower than yours'e even! What normal blood pressure is is different for everyone. Some ppl run a little low, some 120/80, some a little higher. I used to worry about mine and I had a doctor monitor it for me over a span of a few months. Came back that I'm just normally low. I'm okay though and I think you are too.
Also, I spent 5 years thinking I had a heart condition because I would have skipped heart beats. I'd feel the exact thing you described. Sometimes I'd even feel like 3 skipped beats per minute and to this day it makes me sit up and take notice. I know though, its just part of anxiety. I had it checked by a cardiologist and they told me it was anxiety. Thats what it took to ease my mind. If you'd like, you could get it checked by your doc or a cardiologist as well but its more than likely anxiety related and nothing to worry about. I bet if you polled the ppl here at HW, you'd find a lot of them have anxiety related heart palpatations.
