Underlining the whole thing like that makes it hard to read.
We cannot diagnose you, but if you think you have an anxiety disorder it would probably be a good idea to see a doctor. They can help you out with whatever is bothering you. If it's any consolation your symptoms seem like either anxiety or depression to me. Nothing you've written indicates to me that you're going crazy. Very few people actually do that, and rare diseases are, well, rare. I think you should discuss what's going on with your regular doctor and they will refer you to a specialist if need be.
In the meantime just try your best to relax and live your life. Have faith that you'll be okay.

Are you on any medication? I was given a vascular med years ago for headaches and it really made me feel like I was having an out of body experience too. Never took it again needless to say.

Good Morning and welcome to HealingWell. I agree with debaser re seeing a physician to find out what is going on with you.
You did not mention any therapy or medications that you may already be using. I am not a physician so I cannot dx. Your sx could be medical in nature and I am sure you do have some anxiety but please do seek out the attention of a professional and we are always here to support you.
Take care,
Kitt
