Hi, Ipm so sorry to hear about
what happened. I also suffer from a number of things. Anxiety and Panic Attacks are some of the fun and interesting ones. I have been having Panic Attacks for about
ten years now. Mine tend to come in the middle of the night. I can wake up any where between 12midnight and 5 and 7 am. I go to bed and feel ok, but then wake up with a full blown panic attack. Mine can last for a few minutes or a few hours. I have had some that lasted a whole day. I am on Clonzapan 0.5 mgs three times a day. Which help for the most part. Some times not and I have to go to the hospital to get something else. With mine I experience, head tingling, sweats, shaking, heart racing, racing thoughts, hiperventerlating, right side of my body going numb. I find that if I take my medication, go outside for a walk(10-30minutes), will help. Then there are also emergecy numbers you can call just to chat to some one until you are relaxed again, call a family member or friend. I'm not sure what you have for support in your town, but those are good things to do and you may find helpfull. I hope you feel a bit better knowing your not alone and there is support out there for you. I wish you the best.
