I know Ive mentioned this before but its been bothering me lately. I have these heart palpitations even when Im completely relaxed (well at least what my nervous body is considering relaxed). Ive had all types of tests ekg, 24hr holtermonitor, blood work and a 2d echo. All came back fine and all of this work was done a year ago exactly. The problem is they are starting to worry me again Imean I just dont get why i have them when Im calm. They are so uncomfortable, for those of you who dont know just imagine having a frog jump in your chest about
100 times a day. They r not like the usuall fluttering like butterflies when youre nervous. What im trying to say is they are a little more frequent now so Im thinking about
going back to my doc to get it checked again. I just hate when my doc automatically blames all of my issues on anxiety before really checking everything out, it mkaes me feel as if they just think Im over reacting. Has or is any else here experiencing palpitations this often? And if so what do u do to calm yourself down because Im getting worried.
