Hi all.
First thing I should say is, I suffer from anxiety and stress.
I've been having off and on headaches, for actually quite some time. Probably about
4 years. I wake up feeling fine. I'm fine when I get to work. After lunch, and about
5 hours on the computer, I'll start getting a headache usually on one side of the head or the other. I'll take a couple tylenol, lie down when I get home, and I'm fine. This happens 2 or 3 times per week. Of course, I've convinced myself it's something worse.
Last week, I came home one day feeling crappy. Not really dizzy, but just sort of "off-balance". Kind of weak. No throwing up, but I had to go to the bathroom a lot over the next 24 hours. That stomach thing went away, but the feeling of minor dizziness has stayed with me. I got nervous and made appointment with neurologist for tomorrow. I'm totally freaked out. I've lost a lot of my appetite and have been feeling just weak and shaky. Same feeling I got about
15 years ago when I was convinced I had AIDS.
Oddly enough, I haven't had any headaches in the past few days. Do these symptoms sound like something that could be caused by stress/anxiety?
