Thank you for the welcoming comments, much appreciated.
I will start by saying I've been battling anxiety for almost 15 years. For me it was triggered by the loss of my father in a boating accident that him and myself were both in when I was 12. The anxiety didn't start for a few years later. I was in shock for probably a good 2 years afterward. When I was a teenager, there really wasn't a lot of help for me and I constantly felt alone and like I was crazy in this struggle. So naturally, I developed a fear of going crazy as well. The loneliness for me is the worst. Now I get anxiety while driving and I relive moments while I was in the water alone as a child when I'm in the vehicle alone.
I also have some social anxiety and I haven't traveled in so long that I'm scared to get on a plane, but these fears are so little to me in comparison to the above mentioned.
Other things about myself: I like to paint, draw, play video games, drink coffee, go for walks, ride my bike, and I love music. I am 28F from Canada.
