Hey skitt, thanks for the advice. I try and get myself to bed around 11 but I always just end up lying there until i can fall asleep, which causes the problems for me waking up in the morning. I talked to my hubby about it and he said he is going to start waking me up at 5 every morning when he leaves and I will have to just get up and not go back to sleep. That is the best thing i can think of to do, and then by the time he gets off work and is ready to go to bed, we will be ready too. thanks for listening to me rant, i guess when you have anxiety it makes problems like this wayyy worse because we tend to overthink things lol. but anyways, i am going to try this and i am hoping and praying it will work!! thanks again!! love you guys! :)
