I was just prescribed BuSpar. I have been taking Neurontin and Ativan and doing well with that but my psychiatrist added BuSpar. Just wondering how BuSpar has helped others.

This medication has worked well together with my antidepressant to help control anxiety sx.

This medicine did not help me one bit. It was a pain taking it multiple times a day and gave me weird "brain zaps" esp when upping the dose. I also had bad withdrawls from it and had to taper down slowly.

That being said everyone is different, it may work for you =)

This medicine helps me. I used to take Lexapro.

Now I'm just on Lorazepam and Buspar (45 mgs a day)
