Good Morning and Weclcome to HealingWell. I am glad you had good luck with the program as we have had many people work this program as well. I have read up on it and it seems to be a good program .

Another great program is CBT and we have a link to a free online site that anyone can join and work from home if they do not have the money to buy an expensive program.

Scaredy Cat, that's awesome that your getting your life back and yeah we are pretty much in the same place. I feel recovered for the most part but a little chest pain or cramp or something can really get me thinking the worst. Not to mention when I go on google and look up my symptoms for comfort I always end up worse lol. I am realizing though that, after so many times thinking you have some serious disease or an impending doom but nothing ever really happens, is it really worth going through one more time? That's helping me right now.

I do have a few questions though:
One thing that helped me a lot are YouTube videos where people post vlogs about their experiences and I find it comforting...is it okay to post those videos on this forum?

Also, did you ever take any medications or even herbs to aide recovery? and if so, did they alleviate the physical symptoms?

green tea is awesome but I keep reading that the caffeine in it makes it a no no for anxiety sufferers and that the decaffeinated one doesn't have anywhere near the amount of benefits the original does, but your fine with it?

and thanks for the spirulina suggestion, the acidy stuff definately is one of my main symptoms:(

i was under the thinking that green tea does not contain caffeine so its ok to take them?

i stop taking caffeinated drinks too, but occasionaly i take tea (the brown one), which does hv caffeine but it seems ok and doens't aggravate my anxiety...however coffee is still a no as i hv felt jittery when i couldn't resist the aroma of black coffee recently and took like half a cup of it....

hey rose, from personal experience (didn't read anything online) this fruit called papaya REALLY helped me when I was anxious to the point of nausea or not even probably. It's very water based which water helps regulate hormone functions in the mind thus allowing for more relief from anxiety, and it's also a clean source of water. I know a lot of water products we use have traces of toxins and what not so they recommend your diet being 70% water based for it's true benefits, yup yup!
