Strong, I wish. I was as scard as heck. I just kept tellin myself about
all the great test results I had at the doctors and the fact I have been down this road before.
I posted before that people tend to want to avoid and forget the things that hurt them. I've found with P/A that you need to remember what it was like each time and then remember the final outcome. That it was nothing more than fear and that physically you were ok. That makes it easier to get through a current attack.
