Ok so I have this really bad mid to upper back pain again. Here is the run down...
I am 6 weeks preg and I hunch. My grandma and me have the same body type. She had the hunched back and the same weird legs with the knees that come in too close. The same weird feet. She had a calcium deficiency. My mom has one too. Both pretty severe.
When my friend was pregnant with her son she lost calcium in her body causing her teeth to rot really bad.
What I'm wondering is if this calcium deficiency could be what is wrong with my back? Its pain that feels so deep in my back! Not in the bottom at all! Not in my shoulders. Just in my mostly mid but also slightly upper back. Pretty much where I begin to hunch.
Wondering if this hunching problem could be caused by a calcium deficiency and now that I'm pregnant, it could be causing even more of a deficiency???
I'm really scared bc I dont know what kind of tests they can do when you are pregnant if any. And I'm afraid of what if this pain did become so unbearable as it feels it might bc it just gets worse and worse! FAST!! If I barely turn the wrong way, I feel like I could make the most unbearable pain for myself! I am so scared!!!!!!
What if it was so bad that I couldnt breath?
What if the bones in my back just break and kill me? (probably not)
What if the pain was unbearable as it feels very close to right now, and they couldnt give me anything for it?
Anybody ever had this problem?
What should I do?
