This morning as i was on the way to work, i got a little giddy. not sure if was due to blood pressure little low again or anxiety related?. but i wasn't feeling anxious at that time, just a little tired. since its been a quite a while i had this feeling, i got a little nervous. the middle top of my head was feeling a little woozy, and i was worried if i'll pass out.
any advice to share on what to do when are out and start to feel giddy/lightheaded?
if it happens when i'm at home, or at work, i'll make a cup of warm drink and eat some crackers or something light and it usually helps. but when it happens when i'm out walking or in the train, what can be done to reduce this giddiness before it triggers anxiety (or vice versa) ?
