I was hoping by now you would have talked with your Mom re your feelings.
It's normal to feel anxious from time to time, especially if your life is stressful. However, if you have ongoing anxiety that interferes with day-to-day activities and relationships and makes it hard to enjoy life, you should share your feelings with your Mother so she can help you. While some anxiety is normal to much indicates it is time to see a medical profession.
